Rental Agreement: These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") apply to all rentals of freediving gear ("Equipment") from APNEA HK ("We" or "Us") to the customer ("You"). By collecting Equipment, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Rental Period and Usage: The rental period includes three (3) days of use: Pool Session, Shore Dive, and Boat Dive, beginning on the date of the theory session of your course and ending on the last day of the course. All Equipment must be returned by the end of the last course day. Any Equipment not returned by this time will be subject to additional charges, up to and including the full replacement cost of the Equipment.

2. Care of Equipment: You agree to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner, in accordance with any instructions provided, and not to allow the Equipment to be used by any other individual without our prior written consent. You agree to return the Equipment in the same condition in which it was rented, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

3. Damage or Loss: You are responsible for loss, damage, or destruction to the Equipment, excluding normal wear and tear. If one fin is lost, the cost of a pair will be charged. If the Equipment is returned in a damaged condition, you will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

4. Liability: We are not responsible for any harm or damage that occurs as a result of the use of the Equipment, including but not limited to personal injury or damage to property. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APNEA HK from all liabilities arising out of the use of the Equipment.

5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and demand the immediate return of Equipment if we believe that the Equipment is being used in a manner that may cause damage to the Equipment or harm to an individual.

6. Changes to Agreement: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The current Agreement will be posted on our website and will be provided to you at the time of rental.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

By accepting the rental equipment, you are indicating that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
