Molchanovs Freediving Education

Natalia Molchanova was not only the greatest freediver to have ever lived, but also a visionary who created a comprehensive freediving education system that is still in use today. Her goal was to promote safe and efficient freediving by providing education, training, and top-of-the-line equipment.

The Molchanovs Movement has continued Natalia's legacy and expanded on her vision, incorporating the latest developments in education, technology, and scientific research. We are inspired and honored to carry on her legacy and ensure that her contributions to the sport of freediving are never forgotten.

The Molchanovs Freediving Education system is designed to take beginners through the process of becoming an elite freediver in a step-by-step manner. There are four open water course levels, known as Waves, which are also available as Lap courses. Lap courses cover the same theory and pool requirements as the corresponding Wave course, but do not include open water sessions. While a Lap certification only certifies a student to freedive in a pool, it is possible to convert it to the corresponding Wave certification at a later date by adding the open water sessions.

By following the Molchanovs system, students can progress from learning the basics of freediving to becoming a competitive freediver. Molchanovs 自由潛水教育

Molchanovs 教育系統由Natalia Molchanova、她的兒子Alexey Molchanovs,與世界頂尖運動員共同創立。 Natalia Molchanova是自由潛水世界冠軍,並擁有42項世界紀錄,在所有自由潛水項目均創下世界紀錄。2009年9月25日,她成為第一位屏住呼吸下潛深達100米的女性。

Molchaovs課程內容比傳統課程更加深入,對於技術細節要求比其他課程更高,並且在初階課程中也加入以往進階課程才能涉及的內容。例如 WAVE 1 / LAP 1 課程中包含了無蹼動態平潛技術 (Dynamic No Fin Techniques) ,可視化心理技巧 (Visualisation);WAVE 2 / LAP 2 課程中包含單蹼豚踢技巧(Monofin Technique)、正念冥想(Mindfulness),這些都是成為精英自由潛水員的必備技術。
