Return and Cancellation Policy

Courses & Training

• Full payment is required to confirm any booking.

• All fees are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requires 7 days’ notice. Late changes will incur a HK$600 fee plus any additional costs.

• Missed sessions are forfeited.

Equipment

• All sales are final.

• Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please check your order upon delivery.

• Any issues must be reported within 7 days, with photos and order details.

• Approved cases will be replaced or exchanged in line with our supplier’s terms.
